Just recently I held my first photoshoot since we moved house, much easier to do a shoot at home than lugging all my props everywhere. Which as you can see from my “behind the scenes” shoot aka a pullback my gear is very bulky
Now onto some images of gorgeous little Kayla, such a little sweet heart. While she didn’t want to pose or sleep much I feel we still got some beautiful images for her parents.

*a model release must be signed before the session starts as the shots will most likely be used in my portfolio and advertising (web/facebook)

Today I had a photo shoot with my beautiful niece and her family (my extended), I have many photos to edit, but wanted to share a few of the gorgeous girl
Bought a new prop on the weekend, what is meant to be a tin drinks tub but I thought it would make a better prop. For $13 it was worth a shot.
Also tested out my new 5 in 1 reflector, diffuser works a treat!!
Warm afternoon + water + bubbles = happy toddler
Thought it might be nice for everyone to learn a little about what drives me each and everyday
My 18 mth old daughter is my inspiration and who continues to drive me towards my dream. She is my everything, and my most unwilling model 🙂
When she was born, it was discovered she had Hip Dysplasia in her left hip. We thought it may happen as we do have a family history of the condition, so I already had a fair idea of what to expect thanks to many hours of research. It did get worse though, when she was 6 weeks old we were told that it was in both hips, and the condition was worse than first thought and surgery was the only option. That was extremely hard to hear, and heartbreaking
